Captain Omoteso commenced his sea career with Elder Dempster Line in Liverpool after one year pre-sea training in King Edward VII Nautical College in London. Promoted as Master while serving with Nigerian National Shipping Line in 1980. Served on various shore appointments in the Nigerian Maritime Sector. Was International Maritime Organisation (IMO) Consultant on implementation of International Ship and Port Security (ISPS) Code. Presently a Maritime Training Consultant
